Dampcare Ltd -Your Local Damp Experts
Why Dampcare Ltd?
Based in Malton, North Yorkshire, we work with homeowners and property professionals across North Yorkshire and the surrounding areas .Our team are building pathology specialists working within the property preservation industry, with particular expertise in damp, mould and condensation. We believe that every property is different, which is why we take the time to properly investigate the building and understand what is causing the problem rather than simply treating the symptoms.
Our approach is simple: find the source, understand the cause, and then fix it. We take a whole house approach, considering the building as a complete system and looking at factors such as moisture, ventilation, construction and the condition of the property. By identifying the underlying cause, we can provide appropriate, practical solutions designed to resolve the issue properly and help protect the property for the future.
Our team
Our team comes from a mixed trade background, bringing a wide range of skills and experience to every project. This allows us to look at the bigger picture, identify the cause of problems and deliver the right solution.
Our Expertise
Our trained surveyors have specialist knowledge in building pathology and property preservation, with a focus on damp, mould and condensation. We look beyond the visible symptoms to understand how and why moisture is affecting a building, allowing us to identify the source and recommend the right solution.
Our values
We believe in honest, independent advice. We’re not here to sell unnecessary treatments or recommend work that isn’t needed. Our trained surveyors assess the building, identify the cause and only recommend work that is necessary to resolve the problem properly. No nonsense, no unnecessary work — just the right solution.
